Return / exchange

You have the right to notify us of a return or exchange within fourteen days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. You must send back or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us about the exchange . The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Before a return, please contact our customer service at: info@geostudio.shop, we will immediately send you a stamped return ticket. The customer bears the costs for transport, after receipt of the goods these will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

NOTE ON PACKAGING

For goods that are sent by post / DHL / Hermes or similar, the goods must be sent in the shipping box plus the original box, if necessary. Furthermore, the goods must be adequately secured against impact and shipping damage with appropriate packaging material.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

made-to-measure, made-to-order, individual production

It is not possible to cancel or return any non-defective goods that are produced according to individual customer requirements, both made-to-measure products and products that are marked "Made to Order".

The exception to this is the cancellation of orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will owe you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than that offered by us, have chosen the cheapest standard delivery) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless , something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
