(1)Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions of terms
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.
Consumers are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) and are therefore natural or legal persons who are not entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneur is someone for whom business is part of running their business. A company is any long-term organization of independent economic activity, even if it is not aimed at profit. Legal entities under public law are always considered entrepreneurs.
The following applies to entrepreneurs: If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby contradicted; they only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to this.
The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices quoted include the statutory sales tax and other price components. There are also any shipping costs.(2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance, cash on delivery, PayPal, Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
If we deliver cash on delivery, the purchase price claim is due upon receipt of the goods.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all of the items we offer are ready for dispatch immediately. The delivery takes place within 2 working days at the latest. In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order to the bank commissioned with the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold is only transferred to the buyer when the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of mail-order sales.
§5 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
For entrepreneurs, the following also applies: We reserve title to the goods until all claims from an ongoing business relationship have been settled in full. You may resell the reserved goods in the ordinary course of business; You assign all claims arising from this resale to us in advance - regardless of whether the reserved goods are combined or mixed with a new item - in the amount of the invoice amount, and we accept this assignment. You remain authorized to collect the claims, but we may also collect claims ourselves if you do not meet your payment obligations. At your request, we will release the securities to which we are entitled if the realizable value of the securities exceeds the value of the outstanding claims by more than 10%.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract withdrawn, we will immediately send you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). and repay it no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The products sold in the Geostudio Shop are developed and manufactured for private use and comply with the legal provisions for private consumers
The normal product warranty therefore does not apply when used for commercial purposes.
