In 2010, Audo and Norm Architects teamed up with the Höst restaurant in Copenhagen to create something magical. A range of tableware that expresses everything we consider “Nordic”. Materials, dishes, glasses, moods and colors. Everything comes together to create a complex and inspiring feeling of something urban yet raw and rural. Something rustic yet simple.

Norm's architects originally designed this special tableware collection out of a deep admiration for one of Denmark's most famous painters, Vilhelm Hammershoi, and the unique feeling of the clear and untouched Nordic winds, which served as the main inspiration for the color scheme.
New Norm Dinnerware is isostatically pressed to ensure restaurant-level quality and reliability. The flexible colors and materials allow you to go classic white and fresh, rough and rustic or colorful and casual, depending on your mood.
There are matching lids for the bowls available separately for sizes S, M and L, which can also be used as plates.
