1. Discount

My discount code wasn't accepted, why is that?
Please note that our discount codes are usually subject to conditions. On the one hand, various codes are subject to a certain minimum purchase value, and on the other hand, discounts can also be limited in time. So first check your order value and the promotional period of the code.

Vouchers can generally only be redeemed in connection with an order. A subsequent crediting, for example to an invoice amount, is not possible. Likewise, all vouchers are valid after deducting the return, i.e. if the above conditions apply after a return If the return (e.g. minimum value of goods) no longer applies, the voucher is also invalid.


Discount on already reduced items?
In general, discount codes cannot be redeemed on items that have already been discounted.

Have you already used this or a voucher?
Each voucher can only be redeemed once per customer. Adding up vouchers and discounts is also not possible, so please note that we only charge a maximum of one voucher. It is therefore not possible to enter multiple voucher codes or to offset vouchers against other discounts.

The following manufacturers are generally excluded from our discount campaigns:
Layered, Caia Leifsdotter, 101 Copenhagen


Can I incorporate the voucher into my website / commercial use? Vouchers may not be published or used commercially in any other way without our prior consent.


Can the equivalent value of the
voucher be paid out in cash?
Cash payment of the voucher value is not possible at any time.
Legal recourse is also excluded.

2. Shipping / Delivery

When will my item be
shipped?
Generally We ship items as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. If you wait a little longer and this was not stated in the delivery time, please contact our customer service with your order number.

Delivery - to your apartment?
We are happy to deliver large products to your doorstep within Berlin.

You can select this option in checkout.


For large orders outside of Berlin that are delivered by a freight forwarder, delivery is only possible "to the curb". The products are transported on a pallet to protect them from damage.

Can I cancel my order?
Of course you can cancel your order at any time before shipping.
Please note the special conditions for “Made to Order” items.

Can I return my order? – Made to order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of goods marked as “Made to order” as these are made-to-measure and direct individual productions.
