1st discount
My discount code was not accepted, why is that?
Please note that our discount codes are usually subject to conditions. On the one hand, different codes are subject to a certain minimum purchase value, on the other hand, discounts can also be limited in time. So first check your order value and the promotion period of the code.
In principle, vouchers can only be redeemed in connection with an order. Subsequent offsetting, e.g. against an invoice amount, is not possible. Likewise, all vouchers are valid after deducting the return, ie if after a return the above conditions to a return (e.g. minimum goods value) no longer apply, the voucher is also invalid.
Discount on already reduced items?
In general, discount codes cannot be redeemed for items that have already been discounted.
Have you already used the or a voucher?
Each voucher can only be redeemed once per customer. It is also not possible to add up vouchers and discounts, so please note that we only charge a maximum of one voucher at a time. It is therefore not possible to enter several voucher codes or offset vouchers against other discounts.
The following manufacturers are generally excluded from our discount campaigns:

May I integrate the voucher into my website / commercial use? Vouchers may not be published or used commercially in any other way without our prior consent.
Can the value of the voucher be paid out in cash?
A cash payment of the voucher value is not possible at any time.
Legal recourse is also excluded.
2. Shipping / Delivery
When will my item be shipped?
Generally we ship items as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. If you should wait a little longer and this was not stated with the delivery time, please contact our customer service with your order number.
Delivery - to the apartment?
Within Berlin, we are happy to deliver large products to your front door.
You can select this option at checkout.
For large orders outside of Berlin, which are delivered by a forwarding agent, delivery is only possible "to the curb". The products are transported on a pallet to protect them from damage.

3. Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
Of course you can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.

4.Made to order
Can I return my order? – Made to order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to take back goods that are marked as "made to order", as these are made-to-measure and direct individual productions.
