Our highest quality new rug design is the Artisan Handloom Wool Rug made from the finest New Zealand wool in the color Francis Pearl: a warm, light gray tone - perfect for elegant interiors.
Hand-woven with a high thread count and double backing, it is the sophisticated choice for the most exclusive homes. Because each rug is individually woven, there may be variations in size and color, meaning all of our customers receive a unique piece.
Due to its handmade construction, the rug initially tends to shed fibers. We therefore recommend vacuuming the carpet regularly.
Return:
- You can return your product at any time within 30 days. Please note that we do not offer returns or open purchases on furniture and custom orders.
- The goods should be unused and with all labels attached.
- Return costs for carpets in sizes 60 cm to 250 cm: EUR 98.
- Return costs for carpets measuring 300 cm and larger: EUR 245.
- Return labels will be sent by email upon request and must be printed and included in the packages.
