Playing with different textures and techniques instead of patterns or colors, the undyed wool becomes the focal point of the design. As each rug is individually handwoven, there may be variations in size and colour, meaning all of our customers can experience a one-of-a-kind piece.
The wool is a natural yarn that has not gone through a dyeing process, it is completely natural. This is good for the environment and fewer chemicals are used, which in turn means that the natural fiber from the sheep has varying shades and darker streaks and is visible throughout the rug.
Return:
- You can return your product at any time within 30 days. Please note that we do not offer returns or open purchases on furniture and custom orders.
- Goods should be unused and with all tags attached.
- Return costs for carpets in sizes 60 cm to 250 cm: 98 EUR.
- Return costs for carpets in size 300 cm and larger: 245 EUR.
- Return labels will be emailed upon request, these must be printed and included with the packages.
