You implement marketing campaigns in the shop operationally and coordinate the necessary steps together with the creative team
You research the necessary tools for smooth processing in the shop, set them up and constantly optimize the shop performance and customer experience through conversion-enhancing measures
You maintain and manage the content in the shop (products, categories, blog posts and special (landing) pages)
You are the interface to project management, content management, CRM management, the communications team and operations
You monitor and analyze the KPIs and the development of corresponding recommendations for action
You come from online marketing, e-commerce or have already done a related job
Ideally, you already have experience with the online shop system Shopify or similar, or you have a quick grasp
You are familiar with HTML
You have basic knowledge of Photoshop and a basic understanding of graphic design
You have a basic understanding of graphics and an eye for design
You have strong communication skills and linguistic confidence (German).

Internship in E-Commerce & Operations
As an intern in E-Commerce & Operations, you will ensure that our customers have an optimal online shopping experience.
Since we work with a small e-commerce and marketing team, you get a lot of insight into the work and ideas of others, everyone learns quickly from each other and you can make a difference as an intern. As an e-commerce & operations intern, you will work on the optimization of the web shop, digital marketing and all operational activities related to the web shop on a daily basis.
You take care of putting products online and keeping them up to date (the right text, specifications, links and images)
You keep the collection pages and other pages up to date.
You provide support in various areas such as SEO, website optimization, email marketing and social media advertising;
You do administrative work related to the processing of customer orders.
online inventory management and logistical processing of orders;
You support the optimization of procurement processes;
and play a key role in improving our digital customer journey.
Strong interest in e-commerce and focus on the small details that help to create an inspiring and seamless e-commerce experience,
Independent, proactive and very accurate.
Digital mind with good analytical skills.
Studies/training in the direction of marketing/communication/computer science or another degree that shows an affinity for e-commerce & operations.
Mastery of German and English, both spoken and written.
Experience with the following tools is a plus: Shopify, Google Analytics, Photoshop;
You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
You live preferably in Berlin or in the surrounding area.
